Terms and Conditions for Online Training


1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the online training sessions provided by Munus International Pty (Ltd) ("Company"). By registering for and attending our training sessions, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.


2. Training Format

The training sessions are conducted online and facilitated by a live instructor. No in-person training sessions are available.


3. Payment and Refund Policy

3.1. Payment: All training fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the training session.

3.2. Non-Refundable: Payments made for the training sessions are non-refundable.

3.3. Special Arrangement for Rescheduling: If a registered candidate is unable to attend the scheduled training session, they may request to reschedule for another training slot. Such rescheduling is subject to the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made in writing to the Company at least 48 hours before the scheduled training session.
  • Approval of the rescheduling request is at the sole discretion of the Company.
  • Rescheduled training slots must be for the same training program as originally registered.


4. Training Participation

4.1. Technical Requirements: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technical equipment and internet connection to attend the online training sessions.

4.2. Attendance: Participants must attend the training sessions as per the scheduled dates and times. The Company is not responsible for any issues arising from missed sessions due to technical difficulties or personal reasons unless a special arrangement for rescheduling has been made as per Section 3.3.


5. Intellectual Property

All training materials provided by the Company, including but not limited to presentations, documents, and recordings, are the intellectual property of the Company. Participants are prohibited from copying, distributing, or using these materials for any purpose other than their personal learning.


6. Conduct

Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully during the training sessions. The Company reserves the right to remove any participant from the training session if their behaviour is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.


7. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the training materials or participation in the training sessions.


8. Modifications to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants via email or the Company’s website.


9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
